A worthy son of Late Shri J.P Narayanaswamy, Shri J.P. Sudhakar is the Managing Director of J.P. Group. With the support of his father’s contemporaries and followers He took it upon the challenging task of translating the dreams of his father into concrete realities by meticulous planning and creating dynamic, pragmatic leaders in society. He firmly believes in social transformation through education. His prime aim is to provide educational access and support to the downtrodden and especially girl children. He also serves as the Executive Trustee of the Arya Ediga Mahasamsthana Solur. Managing trustee Sree Renuka Yellamma Temple Trust Solur, Managing Trustee JP Foundation and also as a Director in Sri Sudha Cooperative Bank.

Mrs. Latha Sudhakar

Smt. Latha Sudhakar is wife of Shri. J.P. Sudhakar. As the Chief Patron, she empowers the team and goes out of the way to help them achieve their full potential, thus benefiting the success of any project. She works with passion, enthusiasm, inspiration, and motivation.

Mr. Shivanand h.l.

VICE – PRESIDENT

Born in Hodeyala, a village in N.R.Pura Taluk, Chikmagalur district, Mr. Shri Shivanand graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru in 1979. He joined the Government of Karnataka as a KPSC employee and worked as an Asst. Director of Industries and Commerce.

Having worked in multiple districts of Karnataka, including Bengaluru, in various posts, he has been part of high-level delegations from the state to attract investments from various countries, gaining international exposure. He has also worked in different Government Boards and Corporations in senior positions, including Karnataka Bhavan, New Delhi as Resident Director, Karnataka Udyog Mitra for 7 years. He retired as Joint Director of Industries & Commerce in 2016 after an unblemished service of 34 years.

While in service, he was inclined towards the Social Service. He was the State President of Karnataka Arya Idigara Naukarara Kshemabhivruddi Sangha for 6 years. In 2014 he became the founder President of R.L.Jalappa Academy, which provides free coaching to poor students for competitive exams. Presently he is serving as one of the Board of Directors of Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher education and Research, which is a Deemed medical
university. Apart from the community work and charity, Mr. Shivanand is working as an industrial consultant for Japanese investments in Karnataka.

Mr. Poornesh M.R.

SECRETARY

Shri MR Purnesh, Private Secretary of Managing Director of JP Business Group

M.R. Poornesh had been a sincere Private Secretary of former president of the Karnataka Arya Idiga Sangha, J.P. Narayaswamy, and continues to perform his duty till date. Poornesh is a native of Manibailu village in Chikkamagalur district, Sringeri taluk. He was born on 14-11-1975 as the son of Mr. Ramaswamy and Mrs. Geeta.

He is B.A. Graduate. Upon graduation, he got a job at J.P. Group of Companies due to his loyalty and honesty which impressed J.P. Narayanaswamy. J.P. Narayanaswamy’s son J.P. Sudhakar has continued Mr. Poornesh in the same position in the company. Right now Mr. J.P. He has been given the position of Treasurer in the Sri JP Narayanswamy Foundation.

In the past, while J.P. Narayanaswamy was involved in the development of the Idigas, Mr. Poornesh was responsible for his duties as the custodian. He also serves as the director of the Sahyadri Sangha in Bangalore and the director of the Malnadu Co-operative Society. He is also the owner of hotels in Bangalore. He is married to Mrs. Anita, the daughter of Mr. Jattappa from the Sigandhur. The couple has two sons, Shishir and Nishkar, who are studying in school. From the inspiration of J.P. Narayanaswamy, he aims to serve the people.

Mrs. Kusuma Ajay

TrEASURER

Kusuma Ajay, an MA and B.Ed graduate, has served as headmistress of Mothers Touch School for 19 years. She is the CEO of Newton Excellence Academy, which is involved in the Montessori Teachers Training Course.

An excellent author, teacher, and eloquent orator, very well known in the Ediga community, she is a gifted convenor at the Ediga Brides meeting, mass wedding, and other events. She has been active in various activities including the organization of the secretary of Karnataka State Ediga Women’s Association, Secretary of Rotary Inner Wheel, Executive Committee Member of Karnataka Region Arya Eadigara Association, and Billava Spark Core Committee. She is a special invitee to the All-India Women’s Conference and has been an active member of many organizations.

Mr. Manjappa G

Trustee

Mr. Manjappa G., Government Official, Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation, Chief General Manager (Accounting).

Chief general manager of Bescom, Mr. Manjappa G. hails from an agricultural family of Ainagaibailu village in Shimoga district, Sagar taluk. A post-graduate in M.Com and is an MBA, he was appointed Assistant Accountant in the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation in 1985 and is now in the role of Internal Audit CGM.

Up to his degree, he was in the hostel of the Arya Idiga Sangha, Sagar Taluk, he had taken shelter at the Dhavangere District Eidigar Hostel for MCom. Despite being a high-ranking government official, he is working hard for the development of the nation and is involved in various activities at the service of the community. He is also involved in the activities of the Employees Union.

Mr. Mahesh Kumar

Trustee

Mr. Mahesh Kumar is an engineering graduate and known for his duty and efficiency. He is the son of Shivappa, a businessman from Hunsur town. Finishing his Diploma in Kushalanagar, he later graduated as an Automobile Engineer at PES Engineering College, Mandya. In 1998, he was appointed as the Sub Inspector of Police at the Pattanayakanahalli, Koratagere, Gouribidanur, Tumkur. In 2007, he was promoted to the rank of Inspector.

He served as a Circle Inspector at various places, including but not limited to, Mandya Bescom, Koratagere, Mysore Rural, Sira Countryside, Chikkaballapur, Devanahalli Taluk, Vijayapura and Devanahalli International Airport Traffic. Recognizing his performance, the government bestowed upon him the Chief Minister’s Gold Medal in 2012. He is presently
working as the DYSP in Mandya.

With the encouragement and blessings of the president of the Arya Idiga Samaja, JP Narayanaswamy, he entered into the service of the community. Wherever he was in service, he worked hard for the Idiga community. In the Tumkur district, he worked with Laxminarasayya in many important ways and had a record-setting success at the Idiga Convention in Shira. His work in the strengthening of the Idiga Employees’ and Women’s Associations is highly commendable.
